At ExÂME, we are committed to making all our imaging data openly available, so that discoveries can be shared and amplified across the community. Linking phenotypic, ultrastructural, and molecular data in real time is central to our mission, and we are actively exploring the best ways to achieve this.
One of the main tools we rely on is the MoBIE viewer, which allows large, multi-modal datasets to be explored directly in 3D. While we continue to refine how datasets are organized and linked to biodiversity resources, our first big dataset is already available and can be accessed through the platforms we share here.
Our long-term goal is to build a living atlas of microbial eukaryotes: an open, dynamic resource where anyone can browse cellular diversity across the eukaryotic tree and contribute to new discoveries.
